Kalifornia Distilleries’ bourbon is distilled mostly from corn, but they also add their special blend of rye and barley. It is then distilled at least four times before being aged in new white American charred oak. The aging process on this small batch bourbon takes some serious time, so there’s only limited supply. Drink while you can!
